How a Jin Shin Jyutsu Session Works:

During a Jin Shin Jyutsu session, you’ll lie down fully clothed on a comfortable table in a peaceful, welcoming space. The practitioner begins with a gentle assessment, lightly touching your wrists to feel your pulse or tuning into areas of energy imbalance. This helps identify where your body needs support.

The session unfolds through hands-on healing, as the practitioner uses light touch on specific points called Safety Energy Locks. These points help to release tension, unblock energy pathways, and restore harmony to your body’s natural flow. Each session is personalized—whether you’re seeking overall well-being, relief from stress, anxiety, physical discomfort, or emotional challenges, the practitioner works to meet your unique needs. 

As the session progresses, you may feel subtle sensations such as warmth, tingling, or a soothing release of tension.
