Nervous system support that meets you where you are

Simple, grounded practices you can use in real life

I believe a lot of people are carrying more than they were ever meant to carry alone.

Stress. Pressure. Burnout. The feeling of constantly pushing through life instead of actually being inside of it.

For a long time, I lived there too — disconnected from my body, stuck in cycles of anxiety and overwhelm, searching for answers outside of myself.

Discovering Jin Shin Jyutsu changed the way I understood healing completely. Not because it fixed everything overnight, but because it helped me slowly come back to myself.

More steadiness. More presence. More ability to ride the wave of life without constantly feeling pulled under by it.

Willoughby Well was born from that experience.

You’re doing all the things… and still don’t feel like yourself.

You’re holding it together. Showing up for your kids, your work, your life. But underneath it, you’re stretched thin, reactive, and tired in a way that rest doesn’t fully fix.

There’s this low-level tension that never completely leaves. Your mind keeps going. Your body stays braced for what’s next.

And you know — this isn’t how you want to feel.

This isn’t just stress. It’s a pattern your body has learned to live in.

The shift happens when your system feels supported. Not just mentally — but in your body.

When that happens, things begin to change in a real way.

You have more space before reacting. You feel steadier in the moments that used to throw you. Life feels more manageable.

And also — more alive.

Not perfectly calm all the time. But able to ride the wave without losing yourself in it.

Intro to

Jin Shin Jyutsu

This is the work I do.

Through Jin Shin Jyutsu — a gentle Japanese healing practice that supports the nervous system through simple touch — I help people feel more grounded, supported, and connected to themselves again.

It’s simple. Specific. And deeply regulating.

You can use it anywhere. It doesn’t add more to your plate. And over time, it helps your body respond differently to stress, anxiety, and overwhelm.

A simple place to start

I put together a quick, 60-second reset using finger holds you can have a ritual around daily or do anytime you feel overwhelmed.

A small practice to help you stay present without spiraling, soften the intensity without shutting down, and come back to yourself.

“Lianna is an exceptional Jin Shin Jyutsu practitioner whose deep knowledge makes every session feel nurturing. Over the few years I’ve been seeing her, she consistently delivered gentle yet powerful energy rebalances that eased chronic pain and dissolved day-to-day stress. Her hands-on technique is intuitive and calming, and she explains what’s happening in clear, reassuring terms. Lianna also integrates naturopathic guidance—practical nutrition, herbal suggestions and other holistic practices—that complement the sessions. I leave each appointment feeling lighter, more grounded, and with noticeable overall well-being. I highly recommend her to anyone seeking a thoughtful, holistic approach to pain and stress relief.” - Simona B client

The beauty of Jin Shin Jyutsu lies in its quiet power—clients often feel a deep sense of relief, calm, and balance during the session, and they often find themselves moving through the rest of the day feeling lighter, calmer, and more attuned to their own potential. It’s a sometimes subtle yet profound feeling that stays with you long after the session ends.
